2018年12月份食物安全報告及2018年食物監察計劃全年總結
Food Safety Report for December and Summary of Food Surveillance Programme for 2018
中心每月公布「食物安全報告」,分享食物監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
此外,總結2018年食物監察計劃,整體合格率為99.8%,與近年情況相若,顯示本港的食物安全一直維持在高水平。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS announces the "Food Safety Report" every month, sharing the food surveillance results. Besides, concluding the food surveillance programme for 2018, the overall satisfactory rate was 99.8%, which was comparable to the results in recent years. This indicates that food safety has been maintained at a high standard in Hong Kong.

消費者委員會聯合研究:調製茶類飲品的糖含量及能量值
Joint Consumer Council Study : Sugar and Energy Contents of Common Non-Indigenous Tea-Based Beverages in Hong Kong
中心與消費者委員會合作,就本港市面上出售的調製茶類飲品的營養素含量進行研究,藉以檢測本地一些調製茶類飲品的糖含量及能量值(又稱卡路里),從而讓消費者作出知情和適合個人情況的選擇,以及鼓勵業界改良產品配方以減少飲品的糖含量。
The CFS and the Consumer Council have conducted a joint study to examine the nutrient content (including sugar and energy) of non-indigenous tea-based beverages commonly available in Hong Kong, in order to assist the public to make informed and suitable choices; and encourage the trade to provide beverages with less sugar content through recipe reformulation.

2018年12月份預先包裝食物之營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果
Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens for December 2018
為確保預先包裝食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,中心自2012年起,一直有抽取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測,其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。2018年12月份有關營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果的報告,已上載到中心網頁。
The CFS has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations since 2012. Report on Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens under the Regulations for December 2018 has been uploaded onto the CFS website.
