(1) 2025年食物安全巡迴展覽

中心每年都會在各區舉辦多場主題展覽,內容包括展示以食物安全及營養等有關的不同主題的展板,藉此提高市民對選擇安全及適合的食物的知識。

2025年10月,中心將於九龍城街市、沙田街市、保安道街市、長沙灣政府合署及鴨脷洲街市舉辦5場巡迴展覽。

(2) 食物安全焦點(2025年9月第230期)
最新一期的食物安全焦點已經出版。今期熱門焦點包括:

  • 簡單步驟,慎防包裝受損的預先包裝食物
  • 加強規管預先包裝的蒟蒻果凍

(3) 預先包裝食物檢測結果每月報告(2025年8月)
《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》(《規例》)規定,預先包裝食物須標示食物的配料,以及表列能量及七種核心營養素,即碳水化合物、蛋白質、總脂肪、飽和脂肪、反式脂肪、鈉和糖(即“1+7”)的含量,而各類營養聲稱亦受到規管。預先包裝食物須標示各種配料,如食物含《規例》附表3第2(4E)條所指明的致敏物,亦須在配料表上標明。

(4) 食環署致力保障學校午膳飯盒的食物安全

為保障學校及供應學校午膳飯盒的持牌食物製造廠的食物安全和衞生意識,以及配合新學年開課,食物環境衞生署食物安全中心及環境衞生部加強巡查全港各區相關持牌食物製造廠,並抽取食物樣本作檢測。自七月起至今,食安中心從有關食物製造廠共抽取84個飯盒樣本作微生物測試,全部樣本均通過檢測。

(1) Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety in 2025

The CFS holds a series of exhibitions across the territory every year. Panels covering different topics such as food safety and nutrition are shown to enhance public knowledge on how to make safe and suitable food choices.

Five roving exhibitions will be held in Kowloon City Market, Sha Tin Market, Po On Street Market, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices and Ap Lei Chau Market in October 2025.

(2) Food Safety Focus (230th Issue, Sep 2025)

The latest issue of Food Safety Focus is now available. The topics include:

(3) Monthly Report on Results of Compliance Test (Aug 2025)

The Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations (the Regulations) require all applicable prepackaged foods to list out the ingredients, the content of energy plus seven core nutrients, namely, carbohydrates, protein, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, sodium and sugars (commonly known as “1 + 7”), and regulate any associated nutrition claims. The ingredients to be listed include, among others, any of the substances specified in section 2(4E) of Schedule 3 to the Regulations which are known to cause allergy in some individuals, if present.

(4) FEHD strives to ensure food safety of school lunch boxes

To ensure food safety and hygiene awareness among schools and licensed food factories supplying school lunch boxes, and to cater for the new school year, the Centre for Food Safety and the Environmental Hygiene Branch of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department stepped up inspections of licensed food factories supplying school lunch boxes in various districts of Hong Kong and collected food samples for testing. Since July, the CFS has collected 84 lunch box samples from those licensed food factories for microbiological examinations. Test results of all samples were satisfactory.
