(1) 食安中心公布臘味時令食品調查結果

食物環境衞生署食物安全中心公布,最近完成一項有關臘味的時令食品調查結果,在一百六十三個樣本中,除兩個樣本的鈉含量與其營養標籤上的標示值不符,其餘樣本全部通過檢測。

(2) 食安中心公布中式粥品鈉含量研究調查結果

食物環境衞生署食物安全中心公布中式粥品的鈉含量研究調查結果,顯示沒有樣本達「高鈉」水平(即每100克含多於600毫克鈉),但由於粥的分量通常頗大,食用某幾款粥品的鈉攝取量可能已接近世界衞生組織(世衞)建議的每日攝取量上限。

(1) CFS announces test results of seasonal food surveillance project on lap-mei

The Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department announced the test results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on lap-mei. Among 163 samples tested, except for two samples found with sodium content inconsistent with the declared values on their nutrition labels, all the remaining samples passed the tests.

(2) CFS announces study results on sodium content in Chinese congee

The Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department released the study results on the sodium content in Chinese congee. Although none of the samples were considered "high" in sodium (i.e. over 600 milligrams/100 grams), the sodium intake from consuming certain types of congee may approach the World Health Organization (WHO)'s recommended daily intake upper limit due to the considerable volume consumed.

(3) Hotpot Safety at Home

為確保食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,食物安全中心一直有抽 取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測,其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。中心每月在網頁上公布有關檢測結果,有關含未有標示致敏物的食品樣本詳情亦會一併公布。

(3) Monthly Report on Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens (October 2023)

 

The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under The Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations. Results of compliance test have been published on the CFS website in the form of monthly reports, which include details of the food samples with discrepancies between labelled and tested nutrient values.
