賀年食品調查(第二期)結果
Test results on Lunar New Year food (second phase)
中心公布一項有關賀年食品的時令食品調查(第二期)結果,約一百九十個樣本全部通過檢測。
The CFS announced the test results of a seasonal food surveillance project on Lunar New Year food (second phase). The test results of around 190 samples collected were all satisfactory.

「食物安全通訊 (公眾篇)」及「食物安全廣播站 (食物業)」已經出版,內容包括「進食生吃食物的風險」,「抗菌素耐藥性 — 同樣也是食物安全問題」及「對抗食物中的超級細菌」等。
The Food Safety Bulletin (for Consumers) and Food Safety Express (for Food Trade) had been published. This issue includes "Risks of Eating Raw Foods", "Antimicrobial Resistance – Also a Food Safety Issue", "Tackling Superbugs in Foods", etc.
