「全城減鹽減糖」Instagram專頁
Hong Kong's Action on Salt & Sugars Reduction Instagram

食物環境衞生署食物安全中心繼2015年設立「全城減鹽減糖」 Facebook專頁後,於今年七月正式啟動新設立的「全城減鹽減糖」Instagram專頁,向市民和業界推廣少鹽及少糖的健康飲食習慣。
Further to the launching of the Facebook page on Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction, the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officially launched the Instagram page on Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction in July 2018, to promote healthy eating with less salt and sugar to the general public and the food trade.

即食食品含副溶血性弧菌專項調查結果
Results of targeted surveillance project on Vibrio parahaemolyticus in ready-to-eat food

中心完成一項有關即食食品含副溶血性弧菌情況的專項食品調查結果,三百個樣本全部通過檢測。
The CFS announced the results of a completed targeted food surveillance project on Vibrio parahaemolyticus in ready-to-eat food. A total of 300 samples were collected and all passed the test.

中心完成一項有關即食食品含沙門氏菌情況的專項食品調查結果,三百個樣本全部通過檢測。
The CFS announced the results of a completed targeted food surveillance project on Salmonella in ready-to-eat food. A total of 300 samples were collected and all passed the test.
