消費者委員會聯合研究:亞洲風味湯粉麵的鈉含量及能量值
Joint Consumer Council Study: Sodium and Energy Contents of Asian-style Noodles-in-soup Dishes

中心與消費者委員會合作,就本港市面上出售的亞洲風味湯粉麵的營養素含量進行研究,藉以檢測本地一些亞洲風味湯粉麵的鈉含量及能量值(又稱卡路里),從而幫助公眾在外出用膳時能作出知情和適合個人情況的選擇,以及推動食物業界採取行動減低市面上亞洲風味湯粉麵的鈉含量,並積極在食肆展示菜式的「卡路里」資訊。
The CFS and the Consumer Council have conducted a joint study to examine the nutrient content (including sodium and energy) of Asian-style noodles-in-soup dishes commonly available in Hong Kong, in order to assist the public to make informed choices when eating out; to encourage the trade to take actions to reduce sodium content of Asian-style noodles-in-soup dishes; as well as to facilitate the initiative on calorie indication on menus.

肉類中的二氧化硫
Sulphur dioxide in Meat

中心公布肉類添加二氧化硫專項食品調查結果。在約六百個肉類樣本中,除一個較早前公布的新鮮牛肉樣本驗出不可在新鮮肉類中使用的二氧化硫外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測,整體合格率為百分之九十九點八。
The CFS released the test results of a targeted food surveillance project on the use of sulphur dioxide in meat. Among some 600 samples tested, except for one sample found to contain sulphur dioxide, a non-permitted preservative in fresh meat, which was announced earlier, all the remaining samples were satisfactory. The overall satisfactory rate was 99.8 per cent.

已獲小量豁免產品名單
List of Small Volume Exemption Products

根據小量豁免制度,在香港每年銷售量不超過30,000件的相同版本預先包裝食物,可獲授予營養標籤豁免。有關豁免產品名單已上載中心網頁。
Under the Small Volume Exemption (SVE) Scheme, prepackaged foods of the same version with annual sales volume in Hong Kong not exceeding 30,000 units may be granted with exemption from providing nutrition labelling. List of SVE products has been uploaded onto the CFS website.
