減低湯水鈉含量工作坊
Workshop on Reduction of Sodium in Soup
中心於2019年1月舉辦三場「減低湯水鈉含量工作坊」,向業界介紹如何透過改良配方減少湯水的鈉含量,並推廣少鹽少糖的飲食文化,從而讓業界製作既美味又健康的食物。
The CFS is going to hold 3 workshops on "Reduction of Sodium in Soup" for the members of trade in January 2019. The workshops will introduce how to reduce the sodium content in soup through product reformulation and promote low-salt low-sugar eating culture, so that the members of trade can provide safe and healthy food to the public.

「食物安全通訊 (公眾篇)」及「食物安全廣播站 (食物業)」已經出版,內容包括「含油脂食品的食物安全」,「牛肝菌菇類可安全食用嗎?」及「食物中的金屬污染物 ─ 認識如何制訂相關標準」等。
The Food Safety Bulletin (for Consumers) and Food Safety Express (for Food Trade) had been published. This issue includes "Food Safety of Foods with Fats", "Are Bolete Mushrooms Safe to Eat?", "Metallic Contaminants in Food — Understanding Standard Setting", etc.
