月餅時令食品調查(第二期)結果
Test results of seasonal food surveillance project on mooncakes (second phase)

中心公布一項有關月餅的時令食品調查(第二期)結果，約一百四十個樣本全部通過檢測。
The CFS announced the results of a seasonal food surveillance project on mooncakes (second phase). The results of about 140 samples tested were all satisfactory.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

9月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全5要點、預防食物交叉污染、及有機食物。展覽將設於九龍城街市。
The coming exhibition will be held in late September at Kowloon City Market.  Panels cover topics on 5 Keys for Food Safety, Prevention of Cross-contamination, and Organic Food.

2018年7月預先包裝食物之營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果
Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens for July 2018

為確保預先包裝食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》，中心自2012年起，一直有抽取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測，其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。2018年7月有關營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果的報告，已上載到中心網頁。
The CFS has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations since 2012. Report on Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens under the Regulations for July 2018 has been uploaded onto the CFS website.
