預先包裝食品「鹽╱糖」標籤計劃推行
"Salt / Sugar" Label Scheme for Prepackaged Food Products

降低食物中鹽和糖委員會、食物及衞生局以及食物環境衞生署食物安全中心(食安中心)共同推出自願性質的預先包裝食品「鹽╱糖」標籤計劃(計劃),讓消費者容易辨認「低鹽低糖」的產品,從而作出有依據的決定,並希望通過計劃鼓勵業界提供更多「低鹽低糖」的產品給消費者選擇。食安中心在其網址設立了「『鹽╱糖』標籤計劃」專頁,上載標籤式樣和計劃詳情,歡迎業界積極參加計劃。
The Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food, the Food and Health Bureau and the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) of the Food Environmental Hygiene Department have jointly introduced a voluntary "Salt / Sugar" Label Scheme for Prepackaged Food Products (the Scheme) to help consumers identify low-salt-low-sugar products more easily and make informed choices. It is also wished that the Scheme will serve as a catalyst for the trade to provide more varieties of low-salt-low-sugar products for consumers. Trade operators are welcome to participate in the Scheme. The label designs and details of the Scheme have been uploaded to the dedicated webpage of the CFS.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

11月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、天然毒素、控制食物温度、食物安全5要點、食物安全條例、反式脂肪、有機食物、殘餘獸藥及基因改造食物。展覽將設於油麻地街市、士美非路街市、新灣仔街市及鴨脷洲街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in November at Yau Ma Tei Market, Smithfield Market, New Wan Chai Market and Ap Lei Chau Market.  Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, natural toxins, control of food temperature, 5 keys for food safety, food safety ordinance, trans fat, organic food, veterinary drug residues and genetically modified food.
