(3) 大閘蟹時令食品調查結果滿意
中心於11月14日公布有關時令食品大閘蟹的調查結果,所有樣本通過測試。檢測項目包括獸藥殘餘、金屬雜質、人造激素、染色料、除害劑殘餘、二噁英和二噁英樣多氯聯苯。

 (1) Food Safety Seminar for Trade 2025

The Food Safety Seminar for Trade 2025 aims to provide a forum for interactive exchange of information and views on current and important food safety issues in Hong Kong between the Government and food trade. It is envisaged that through this event, the culture of continuous improvement and collaboration on food safety control can be further enhanced among the local food trade.

(2) Food Safety Focus (231st Issue, Oct 2025)

The latest issue of Food Safety Focus is now available. The topics include:

(3) Test results of seasonal food surveillance project on hairy crabs all satisfactory

The CFS announced the test results of the seasonal food surveillance project on hairy crabs on November 14. All samples passed the tests. The tests included veterinary drug residues, metallic contaminants, synthetic hormones, colouring matters and pesticide residues, as well as dioxins and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls.

(4) “EAT TV” Food Safety Channel

The latest episode of “EAT TV” on food safety advice for manufacture of soft serve has premiered on the CFS' YouTube channel, and is co-streamed on the CFS' Facebook and Instagram pages.
