火鍋食物專題調查結果
Test results on hot pot food samples
中心最近完成一項普及食品的專題調查,評估火鍋食物的食用安全。三百五十個不同種類的火鍋食物樣本中,除較早前公布的一個瓶裝醋樣本檢出不准用於醋的防腐劑及一個沙茶醬樣本檢出防腐劑含量超出法例標準外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測。
CFS has recently completed a survey assessing the food safety of hot pot cuisine. The results of 350 hot pot food samples passed the tests except for one bottled vinegar sample found to contain a preservative not permitted in vinegar and one satay paste sample found to contain preservatives at levels exceeding the legal limits, which were announced earlier.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
1月份的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、控制食物温度、殘餘獸藥、有機食物及避免食用河豚。展覽將設於大埔墟街市及宜安街街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in January at Tai Po Hui Market and Yee On Market. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, control of food temperature, veterinary drug residues, organic food and avoid consuming puffer fish.
