時令食品調查 - 賀年食品(第一期)
Seasonal Food Surveillance - Lunar New Year food (first phase)

農曆新年將至,中心最近完成了一項關於賀年食品的時令食品調查(第一期),為消費者及業界提供有關食品的食用安全資訊。
The Lunar New Year (LNY) is coming soon, the CFS has recently completed the first phase of a seasonal food surveillance project on LNY food to provide relevant food safety information to consumers and the trade.

專項食品調查 - 即食食品含沙門氏菌情況
Targeted Food Surveillance - Salmonella in ready-to-eat food

沙門氏菌可存在於人類及動物的腸道內,亦會隨糞便排出體外,因此沙門氏菌較常見於動物源性食物,包括蛋、肉、禽肉和沒有經過殺菌程序的奶,其他食物例如蔬菜和水果也可能因受污染而含有沙門氏菌。另外,若食物處理不當,亦可能在加工或配製過程中受到沙門氏菌的交叉污染。有見及此,中心就即食食品含沙門氏菌情況進行專項食品調查,有關的檢測結果已上載於中心網頁。
Salmonella is often found in the intestinal tract of humans and animals and will be released through defecation. Hence, Salmonella is more commonly found in food of animal origin, including eggs, meat, poultry and raw milk. Contamination is another means to disseminate Salmonella into other food such as vegetables and fruits. Furthermore, food may be cross-contaminated during processing or preparation if it is not properly handled. In view of this, the CFS has conducted a targeted food surveillance project on Salmonella in ready-to-eat food. The findings has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

2014年12月份食物安全報告及2014年全年總結
Food Safety Report for December 2014 and Summary for 2014

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。另外,中心亦會於年初就過去一年的食品監察結果作出總結。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the analysis results of food surveillance samples.  The CFS also provides a summary of the last year's surveillance results at the beginning of every year.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

2月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全五要點、控制食物温度、天然毒素、孕婦食物安全建議、有機食物及殘餘獸藥。展覽將設於大圍隆亨邨隆亨商場及旺角花園街街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in February. The venues include Lung Hang Shopping Centre, Lung Hang Estate in Tai Wai and Fa Yuen Street Market in Mong Kok. Panels cover topics on 5 keys to food safety, control of food temperature, natural toxins, food safety advice for pregnant women, organic food and veterinary drug residues.
