時令食品調查 - 粽子
Seasonal Food Surveillance – Rice Dumplings

粽子是端午節的時令食品,中心最近完成了一項有關粽子的時令食品調查,為消費者及業界提供有關食品的食用安全資訊。  
Rice dumplings are a popular festive food for the Tuen Ng Festival. The CFS recently completed a seasonal food surveillance project on rice dumplings to provide relevant food safety information to consumers and the trade.

香港首個總膳食研究:有機氯類除害劑殘餘
The First Hong Kong Total Diet Study: Organochlorine Pesticide Residues

中心公布香港首個總膳食研究的第八號報告,評估香港市民從膳食中攝取有機氯類除害劑殘餘的分量和健康風險。研究結果顯示,本港市民從膳食中攝入各種有機氯類除害劑殘餘的分量遠低於相關的健康參考值,不大可能對健康帶來不可接受的風險。
The eighth report of the First Hong Kong Total Diet Study, which has assessed dietary exposure of the Hong Kong population to organochlorine pesticide (OCP) residues and their associated health risks, was released by the CFS. The findings showed that the dietary exposure of the local population to various OCP residues was far below the respective health-based guidance values and thus unlikely to pose unacceptable health risks.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety

6月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、孕婦食物安全建議、食物安全五要點、天然毒素、獸藥殘餘及反式脂肪。展覽將設於黄大仙鳳德邨(公屋)、鴨洲利東商場及中西區金鐘道政府合署。
 The coming exhibitions will be held in June 2014. The venues include Fung Tak Estate in Wong Tai Sin (Public Housing), Lei Tung Commercial Centre in Ap Lei Chau and Queensway Government Offices in Central and Western District. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, food safety advice for pregnant women, 5 keys to food safety, natural toxins, veterinary drug residues and trans fats.
