2014年度「安心好"煮"意」食物衞生講座(公眾篇)
"Safe and Smart Ways to Cook" Food Hygiene Seminar 2014 (Public Series)
中心將於7月至12月期間舉辦4場「安心好"煮"意」食物衞生講座,讓市民認識如何減少在烹煮食物過程中產生的有害污染物,以及怎樣減低從膳食中攝入天然毒素的風險,從而提高大家對食物安全及健康飲食的認識。講座將以粵語進行,費用全免。歡迎公眾人士參加,參加者可獲頒出席證書及獲贈精美紀念品乙份。
Four sessions of "Safe and Smart Ways to Cook" Food Hygiene Seminar organised by the CFS will take place from July to December 2014. The talks will provide tips on how to reduce harmful contaminants generated during the cooking process and how to reduce the risk of natural toxins in foods, thereby raising public awareness on food safety and healthy diet. The talks will be conducted in Cantonese and are free of charge. Members of the public are welcome to attend, participants will be awarded a "Certificate of Attendance" and a souvenir.

Food Safety Report for April 2014
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food
surveillance sample result analyses.

「食物安全 – 高風險食物」講座
'High Risk Food' – Food Safety Talk
為回應世界衞生組織所訂立的西太平洋區域食品安全戰略(2011–2015),實踐為處理高危食物從業員加強食物安全訓練及教育的目標,中心將以「高風險食物」為主題,於全港各區舉辦講座。講座將以粵語進行,費用全免。參加者於講座後會以郵遞形式收到出席證書。
In response to the Western Pacific Regional Food Safety Strategy 2011-2015 of World Health Organization, the CFS will organise 'High Risk Food' – Food Safety Talk (talk). The objective is to enhance food safety training and education for food handlers engaged in handling high-risk food. The talk will be arranged in all districts in Hong Kong. It will be conducted in Cantonese and free of charge. Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance by post after the talk.
