業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP

中心現正舉辦2014年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,目的是透過連串活動,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,以提升食物安全水平。
The CFS has been organising the 2014 Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP  to promote the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

2014年5 月份食物安全報告
Food Safety Report for May 2014

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety

7月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全五要點、反式脂肪、食物温度控制、食物含丙烯酰胺、孕婦食物安全建議、營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、獸藥殘餘、有機食物及天然毒素。展覽將設於青衣邨青衣商場、荃灣廣場(住宅)、油麻地街市、筲箕灣耀東商場及大嶼山東涌富東廣場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in July 2014. The venues include Tsing Yi Commercial Complex in Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan Plaza in Tsuen Wan (Residential), Yau Ma Tei Market, Yiu Tung Shopping Centre in Shau Kei Wan, and Fu Tung Plaza in Tung Chung, Lantau Island. Panels cover topics on 5 keys to food safety, trans fats, control of food temperature, acrylamides in food, food safety advice for pregnant women, nutritional labelling, prevention of cross-contamination, veterinary drug residues, organic good and natural toxins.
