(1) 「營計寶」流動應用程式將於2025年9月18日起停止服務

(2) 食物安全焦點(2025年7月第228期)
最新一期的食物安全焦點已經出版。今期熱門焦點包括:

(3) 食環署致力保障學校午膳飯盒的食物安全

為提升供應學校午膳飯盒的持牌食物製造廠的食物安全和衞生意識,以及預備新學年開課,食物環境衞生署食物安全中心及環境衞生部展開行動,巡查全港各區供應學校午膳飯盒的持牌食物製造廠,以保障食物安全。

食物環境衞生署推出部門Facebook及Instagram專頁,期望透過專頁讓公眾更了解署方轄下服務,以及快速和直接地發放重要資訊。

(1) Operation of NuCal App will be ceased with effective from 18 September, 2025

In order to allocate resources for risk communication more effectively, the operation of Centre for Food Safety's NuCal App will be ceased from 18 September 2025. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Members of public are welcome to visit our designated website on nutrition labelling (https://www.cfs.gov.hk/nutritionlabel/) and follow our Facebook (www.facebook.com/cfs.hk) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/cfs.hk/) pages as well as WhatsApp Channel (https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaMrUsUIXnlz5oAkZG1T) to learn about nutrition labelling.

Thank you for the continued support of the NuCal App. The CFS will continue to disseminate information on food safety and nutrition labelling to the members of public and trade in a more interactive and diversified manner through different channels timely and effectively.

 

(2) Food Safety Focus (228th Issue, July 2025)

The latest issue of Food Safety Focus is now available. The topics include:

  • Safe Preparation and Handling of Tiramisu

(3) FEHD strives to ensure food safety of school lunch boxes

To enhance food safety and hygiene awareness among licensed food factories supplying school lunch boxes, and to prepare for the new school year, the CFS and the Environmental Hygiene Branch of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department launched a series of operations to inspect licensed food factories supplying school lunch boxes in various districts of Hong Kong with a view to ensuring food safety.

(4) FEHD launches departmental Facebook and Instagram pages

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has been launched departmental Facebook and Instagram pages, with a view to enhancing public understanding of the department's services and disseminating important information quickly and directly.
