(2) 食安中心公布肉類添加二氧化硫專項食品調查結果

 

中心公布肉類添加二氧化硫專項食品調查結果。在五百五十個肉類樣本中,除早前已公布的五個鮮肉樣本驗出不可在新鮮肉類中使用的防腐劑二氧化硫外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測,整體合格率為百分之九十九。

(3) 「家家食安心: 認識食物安全五要點-居家食物安全建議」公眾講座及工作坊 2024

 

本年三月至十月期間舉辦二零二四年度「家家食安心: 認識食物安全五要點 - 居家食物安全建議」公眾講座及工作坊。這個活動主要是向公眾人士宣傳如何在日常運用「食物安全五要點」,只要做好「食物安全五要點」,大多數食源性疾病是可以預防的。

(4) 食物安全焦點 (2024年2月第211期)

 

最新一期的食物安全焦點已經出版。今期熱門焦點包括:

(5) 食物安全巡迴展覽

 

2024年3月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全5要點、追蹤供應來源,保障食物安全、反式脂肪、營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、雪卡毒素、殘餘除害劑、基因改造食物、控制食物温度、天然毒素及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於黃泥涌街市、電氣道街市、工業貿易大樓、上環街市及花園街街市。

(2) CFS announces test results of targeted surveillance on use of sulphur dioxide in meat

 

CFS released the test results of a targeted food surveillance project on the use of sulphur dioxide in meat. Among 550 samples tested, except for five samples found to contain sulphur dioxide (a non-permitted preservative in fresh meat) which have been announced, all the remaining samples passed the test. The overall satisfactory rate was 99 per cent.

(3) "Safe Food for All: To Understand Five Keys to Food Safety - Food Safety Advice at Home" Public Talk and Workshop 2024

 

The Public Talk and Workshop on "Safe Food for All: To Understand Five Keys to Food Safety - Food Safety Advice at Home" from March to October this year. The objective of the program is to promote to the public how to apply the "Five Keys to Food Safety" in daily life.

(4) Food Safety Focus (211th Issue, February 2024)

(5) Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety

 

The roving exhibitions will be held in March 2024 at Wong Nai Chung Market, Electric Road Market, Trade and Industry Tower, Sheung Wan Market, and Fa Yuen Street Market.

 

Panels cover topics on Enhance Food Traceability, Strengthen Food Safety, Prevention of Cross-contamination, Ciguatoxins, Trans Fat, Avoid Consuming Puffer Fish, Control of Food Temperature, Genetically Modified Food, Natural Toxins and Food Safety Advice for Pregnant Women.
