As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS announces the "Food Safety Report" every month, sharing the food surveillance results.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

4月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、進食帶子和扇貝須知、雪卡毒素、食物安全5要點、有機食物及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於長沙灣政府合署及愛秩序灣街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in late April at Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices and Aldrich Bay Market. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, take notice of eating scallops, ciguatoxins, 5 keys for food safety, organic food and food safety advice for pregnant women.

2018年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
2018 Trade Talk and workshop on HACCP

中心於本年三月至十二月期間舉辦二零一八年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊。這個講座主要是向食物業從業員宣傳正確處理食物的方法。透過政府及業界的通力合作和積極參與，向他們推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」，使食物安全水平得以提升。
The CFS is organising the Centre for Food Safety Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP 2018 which starts to take place from March through December. The objective of the seminar is to publicize proper food handling to employees of food business. Coupled with the active participation and collaboration between the government and stakeholder, the Campaign also promotes the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.
