傳達資源小組的主題展覽
Theme Exhibitions in Communication Resource Unit
中心轄下的傳達資源小組於10月至12月舉辦「食物安全在你手」及「有機食品知多一點點」展覽。展覽活動包括播放教育短片及設置展板讓市民增加對食物安全的認識,更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱。小組位於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓,歡迎到場觀賞。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS will organize exhibitions on the theme of " Enhanced Food Safety Let's Reduce Risks" and " Know more about Organic Food". The exhibitions include short food safety and education videos and exhibition boards to enrich the public's knowledge on food safety. You are welcome to join us at the CRU at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
10月的巡迴展覽內容包括旅客食物安全建議、食物含丙烯酰胺、反式脂肪、營養標籤、雪卡毒素、有機食物、雪卡毒素、進食帯子和扇貝須知、控制食物溫度、天然毒素、食物安全5要點、預防食物交叉污染及避免食用河豚。展覽將設於牛池灣曉暉花園、士美非路街市、油麻地街市、聯和墟街市及大埔政府合署。
The coming exhibitions will be held in October at Scenic View, Smithfield Market, Yau Ma Tei Market, Luen Wo Hui Market and Tai Po Government Offices. Panels cover topics on food safety advice for travellers, acrylamides, trans fats, nutrition labelling, ciguatoxins, organic food, take notice of eating scallops, control of food temperature, natural toxins, 5 keys of food safety, prevention of cross-contamination and avoid consuming puffer fish.
