Food Safety Report for July 2016
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

月餅時令食品調查(第二期)
Seasonal food surveillance project on mooncakes (second phase)
中心最近公布一項有關月餅的時令食品調查(第二期)結果,約一百七十個樣本中,除較早前公布的一個預先包裝月餅樣本的飽和脂肪酸含量與其營養標籤上的標示值不符外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測。
CFS announced the second-phase results of a seasonal food surveillance project on mooncakes recently. The results of some 170 samples tested were satisfactory except for a prepackaged mooncake sample detected with saturated fatty acids content inconsistent with the declared value on its nutrition label which was announced earlier.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
9月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、控制食物温度、進食帶子和扇貝須知、食物安全5要點、預防食物交叉污染及食物安全條例。展覽將設於筲箕灣愛東商場及渣華道街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in late September at Oi Tung Shopping Centre in Shau Kei Wan and Java Road Market. Panels cover topics on Nutrition Labelling, Control of Food Temperature, Take Notice of Eating Scallops, 5 Keys to Food Safety, Prevention of Cross-contamination, and Food Safety Ordinance.
