傳達資源小組的主題展覽
Theme Exhibitions in Communication Resource Unit
中心轄下的傳達資源小組於1月至3月舉辦「處理食物十誡」及「食物安全條例」展覽。展覽活動包括播放教育短片及設置展板讓市民增加對食物安全的認識,更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱。小組位於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓,歡迎到場觀賞。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS will organize exhibitions on the theme of "Ten Golden Rules for Safe Food Preparation" and "Food Safety Ordinance" from January to March. The exhibitions include short food safety and education videos and exhibition boards to enrich the public's knowledge on food safety. You are welcome to join us at the CRU at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon.

Food Safety Report for November 2015
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
1月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、孕婦食物安全建議及反式脂肪。展覽將設於元朗同益街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in late January at Tung Yick Market in Yuen Long. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, food safety advice for pregnant women and trans fats.

In this University of Wisconsin-Madison program, leading experts from Donna Shalalaa, former secretary for the department of health and human services, to Barry Carpenter, president of the National Meat Association, executive director of the National Meat Association, look at U.S. National School Lunch Program as a case study to weigh in on food safety within the food supply chain. Learn about how science, technology and policy impact food safety from the beginning to end of the food supply chain. This program's objectives are to educate the viewer about the organisms that make us sick, how these organisms get into our food supply chain and what we can do to protect ourselves from food borne illnesses.

Know more about Food Safety 2016
中心轄下的傳達資源小組在2016年於九龍旺角花園街123號A花園街市政大廈8樓舉辦"食物安全知多啲 2016"活動。活動期間,在傳達資源小組展覽室播放簡短而有趣的食物安全教育錄影片。此外,場地還會設置展板,介紹食物中毒、食物標籤及防腐劑等衞生常識,並有各種宣傳單張供公眾取閱。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS is going to launch a campaign in 2016 on "Know more about Food Safety 2016" at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, 123A Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok, Kowloon. Short and interesting food safety and education videos will be shown, exhibition boards covering the topics of Food Poisoning, Food Labelling and Preservatives will be displayed; and various types of pamphlets are also available for collection by the public.

2016年1月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤,反式脂肪、有機食物、殘餘獸藥、天然毒素、雪卡毒素、食物安全5要點、控制食物温度及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於鴨脷洲街市、將軍澳中心、九龍城街市及元朗同益街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in January 2016 at Ap Lei Chau Market, Park Central, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon City Market and Tung Yick Market, Yuen Long. Panels cover topics on Nutrition Labelling, Trans Fats, Organic Food, Veterinary Drug Residues, Natural Toxins, Ciguatoxins, 5 Keys for Food Safety, Control of Food Temperature and Food Safety Advice for Pregnant Women.
