盆菜時令食品調查
Seasonal food surveillance project on poon choi

中心最近完成一項盆菜時令食品調查,評估其食用安全,有關調查的詳情及結果已上載於中心網頁。

食物安全知多啲 2016
Know more about Food Safety 2016

中心轄下的傳達資源小組在2016年於九龍旺角花園街123號A花園街市政大廈8樓舉辦"食物安全知多啲 2016"活動。活動期間,在傳達資源小組展覽室播放簡短而有趣的食物安全教育錄影片。此外,場地還會設置展板,介紹食物中毒、食物標籤及防腐劑等衞生常識,並有各種宣傳單張供公眾取閱。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS is going to launch a campaign in 2016 on "Know more about Food Safety 2016" at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, 123A Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok, Kowloon. Short and interesting food safety and education videos will be shown, exhibition boards covering the topics of Food Poisoning, Food Labelling and Preservatives will be displayed; and various types of pamphlets are also available for collection by the public.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

2016年1月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤,反式脂肪、有機食物、殘餘獸藥、天然毒素、雪卡毒素、食物安全5要點、控制食物温度及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於鴨脷洲街市、將軍澳中心、九龍城街市及元朗同益街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in January 2016 at Ap Lei Chau Market, Park Central, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon City Market and Tung Yick Market, Yuen Long. Panels cover topics on Nutrition Labelling, Trans Fats, Organic Food, Veterinary Drug Residues, Natural Toxins, Ciguatoxins, 5 Keys for Food Safety, Control of Food Temperature and Food Safety Advice for Pregnant Women.
