進食生鮮蜂蜜的風險
The Risks of Eating Raw Honey
生蜜、巢蜜和野生蜂蜜等一些未經加工的生鮮蜂蜜產品近年大受歡迎。有消費者認為生蜜(未經過濾、加熱/巴士德消毒的蜂蜜)或野生蜂蜜(採自野生蜜蜂的蜂蜜)具某些健康益處。然而,消費者必須留意,食用這些產品有一定的風險。
Some unprocessed or raw honey products including raw honey, comb honey, wild honey, etc. are gaining popularity in recent years. Some consumers associate raw honey (i.e. unfiltered, unheated/unpasteurized honey) or wild honey (i.e. from bees that live in the wild) with specific health benefits. However, it is important to note that these products can carry some risks.

傳達資源小組的主題展覽
Theme Exhibitions in Communication Resource Unit
中心轄下的傳達資源小組於10月至12月舉辦「食物安全在你手」及「有機食品知多一點點」展覽。展覽活動包括播放教育短片及設置展板讓市民增加對食物安全的認識,更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱。小組位於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓,歡迎到場觀賞。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS will organize exhibitions on the theme of " Enhance Food Safety Let's Reduce Risks" and " Know more about Organic Food". The exhibitions include short food safety and education videos and exhibition boards to enrich the public's knowledge on food safety. You are welcome to join us at the CRU at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon.

2015年8月份預先包裝食物之營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果
Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens for August 2015
為確保預先包裝食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,中心自2012年起,一直有抽取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測,其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。2015年8月份有關營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果的報告,已上載到中心網頁。
The CFS has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations since 2012. Monthly Report on Results of Compliance Test for NutritionLabelling and Declaration of Allergens under the Regulations for August 2015 has been uploaded onto the CFS website.
