業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP

中心現正舉辦2015年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,向食物業從業員宣傳正確處理食物的方法 。 透過政府及業界的通力合作和積極參與,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,使食物安全水平得以提升 。
The CFS is organising the 2015 Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP to publicize proper food handling to employees of food business. These seminars, coupled with the active participation and collaboration between the government and stakeholders, also promotes the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety .

食物安全日2015
Food Safety Day 2015

食物安全日是中心一年一度的重點活動,目的是加強政府、食物業界和市民三方的合作。今年的食物安全日以「全城減鹽減糖」為主題,希望公眾明白減少膳食中的鹽和糖的重要性。食物安全日2015將於六月二十六日(星期五)假香港理工大學蔣震劇院舉行,為年內一連串活動打響頭炮,並帶出建立少鹽少糖健康飲食習慣的訊息。
Food Safety Day is an annual signature event organised by the CFS with a view to promoting tripartite collaboration among the Government, the food trade and the public. The theme of this year's Food Safety Day is "Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction". To kick start a series of activities, Food Safety Day 2015 will be held at the Chiang Chen Studio Theatre of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 26 June 2015 (Friday) to promote the reduction of salt and sugar intake as part of a healthy diet.

2015年3月份食物安全報告
Food Safety Report for March 2015

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety

5月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全五要點、反式脂肪、有機食物、營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、雪卡毒素及殘餘獸藥。展覽將設於又一村花園(住宅)、西灣河街市及長沙灣政府合署。
The coming exhibitions will be held in May at Village Gardens (Residential), Sai Wan Ho Market and Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices. Panels cover topics on 5 keys to food safety, trans fats, organic food, nutrition labelling, prevention of cross contamination, ciguatoxins and pesticide residues.
