時令食品調查 - 盆菜含微生物的情況
Seasonal Food Surveillance on Microbiological Quality of Poon Choi
盆菜在冬至聚會中特別受歡迎,過往亦曾發生與盆菜有關的細菌性食物中毒,因此,中心今年繼續進行這項時令食品調查,為消費者及業界提供盆菜的食用安全資訊。
As poon choi is popular for gatherings during the winter solstice and there were previous cases of bacterial food poisoning associated with poon choi, the CFS continues to conduct a seasonal food surveillance project this year to provide relevant food safety information to consumers and the trade.

已獲小量豁免產品名單
List of Small Volume Exemption Products
根據小量豁免制度,在香港每年銷售量不超過30,000件的相同版本預先包裝食物,可獲授予營養標籤豁免。有關豁免產品名單現已上載中心網頁。
Under the Small Volume Exemption (SVE) Scheme, prepackaged foods of the same version with annual sales volume in Hong Kong not exceeding 30,000 units may be granted with exemption from providing nutrition labelling. List of SVE products has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
2015月年1月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、反式脂肪、有機食物、獸藥殘餘、天然毒素、雪卡毒素、食物安全五要點、控制食物溫度、及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於紅磡海濱南岸(住宅)、黃大仙中心、九龍城街市及青衣長亨邨長亨商場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in January 2015. The venues include Harbour Place, Hung Hum (Residential), Wong Tai Sin Plaza, Kowloon City Market and Cheung Hang Shopping Centre. Panels cover topics on nutritional labelling, trans fats, organic food, veterinary drug residues, natural toxin, ciguatoxin, 5 keys to food safety, control of food temperature and food safety advice for pregnant women.
