Reminder to learning Food Microbiology for examinations and beyond

Students:

I have been wondering why you are constantly reading the blog. Are you looking for tips? If you ask a question, then we will have something to read, otherwise, the blog will just have same old stuff.  

Reminder: know your microbes. If you are familiar with their characteristics, especially their special features, you will do well in the exam and also in your future works if you wish to work in food industry.
