 (1) 中心公布火鍋食物專題調查結果

中心於十二月八日公布,最近完成一項普及食品的專題調查,評估火鍋食物的食用安全。345個火鍋食物樣本全部通過檢測。

(2) 中心公布預先包裝罐頭湯及即食湯包營養標籤專項食品調查結果

中心於十二月五日公布預先包裝罐頭湯及即食湯包營養標籤專項食品調查結果。在40個樣本(包括網購食品)中,三個樣本的糖、蛋白質或總脂肪含量與其營養標籤上的標示值不符,餘下37個樣本則全部通過檢測。

(3) 中心公布第二次總膳食研究有關高氯酸鹽的結果

中心於十二月五日公布香港第二次總膳食研究的第三份報告。這是中心首次評估香港市民從膳食攝入高氯酸鹽的總體情況。結果顯示,本港整體成年人口和較年輕群組每日從膳食攝入高氯酸鹽的分量,均遠低於國際組織/機構訂立的相關健康參考值,不會對健康構成影響。

(4) 盆菜微生物含量調查結果滿意

中心於十二月四日公布,最近完成一項有關盆菜微生物含量的時令食品調查,全部樣本通過檢測。

(5) 食環署與香港海關繼續巡查各區大閘蟹銷售處所

為保障食物安全,食環署與香港海關繼十月的聯合行動後,於十一月下旬聯合突擊巡查各區大閘蟹銷售處所,確保市面出售的大閘蟹符合相關法例規定,並針對懷疑水貨客攜帶大閘蟹入境作買賣用途的情況,於各個邊境管制站加強聯合執法行動。

(1) CFS announces test results on hot pot food samples

On 8th December, the CFS announced the test results of a recently completed surveillance project assessing the food safety of hot pot cuisine. A total of 345 hot pot food samples were collected, and all passed the tests.

(2) CFS announces test results of targeted surveillance on nutrition labelling of prepackaged canned soup and instant soup pack

On 5th December, the CFS released the test results of a targeted food surveillance project on the nutrition labelling of prepackaged canned soup and instant soup pack. Among the 40 samples tested, including food items purchased online, three samples were found with sugars, protein or total fat content inconsistent with the declared values on their nutrition labels, while the remaining 37 samples passed the test.

(3) CFS announces Second Hong Kong Total Diet Study findings on perchlorate

On 5th December, the CFS released the third report under the Second Hong Kong Total Diet Study (2nd HKTDS). This report is the CFS's first assessment of the overall dietary exposure to perchlorate in food among the Hong Kong population. The findings showed that the estimated dietary exposures to perchlorate for the overall adult and younger populations in Hong Kong remain well below the health-based guidance values established by the international organisation/authority and do not pose a health risk.

(4) Test results of microbiological quality of poon choi satisfactory

On 4th December, the CFS announced the test results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on the microbiological quality of poon choi. All samples passed the tests.

(5) FEHD and Hong Kong Customs continue to inspect premises selling hairy crabs in various districts

To safeguard food safety, the FEHD and Hong Kong Customs conducted joint blitz operations in late November to inspect selling points of hairy crabs across various districts, following a similar joint operation in October. The inspections aimed to ensure that hairy crabs on sale in the market comply with relevant requirements under the laws. The FEHD and Customs also stepped up joint enforcement actions at boundary control points against suspected parallel traders bringing hairy crabs into Hong Kong for selling purpose.
