(1)   美食到會服務安排

 

在聯歡聚會中,不少人都會選擇美食到會服務,在公司或家裏舉行聚會,在時間安排上更有彈性,又可省卻許多烹煮食物的功夫。不過,在安排食物到會時,大家不能掉以輕心,必須多加注意一些食物安全措施,才可保障健康。

(2)   慎防生蠔存有的風險

 

供生吃的蠔在進食前沒有經過加熱處理殺死病原體,因此是高風險食物。除了活蠔以外,市面可供市民購買的生蠔往往是預先去殼的冷藏或冰鮮生蠔,處理不當可導致細菌污染及蠔隻變壞。

 

孕婦、嬰幼兒、長者和免疫力弱人士應避免進食生或未煮熟的蠔。

2024年4月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、進食帶子和扇貝須知 、反式脂肪、食物含丙烯酰胺、孕婦食物安全建議、追蹤供應來源、保障食物安全、控制食物温度及基因改造食物。展覽將設於銅鑼灣街市、士美非路街市、荃灣政府合署及西灣河街市。

(1)   Careful Planning for Food Delivery Services

 

At festive seasons, many people would order food delivery services for parties at offices and homes for the sake of flexibility and convenience. However, to safeguard our health, we must be careful and pay special attention to food safety measures when arranging these services.

(2)   Beware of the Inherent Risks of Raw Oysters

 

Oysters for raw consumption are a high-risk food as there is no heat treatment to kill pathogens before eating. Besides those sold alive, raw oysters available in the local market are often pre-shucked in either frozen or chilled forms. If not handled properly, it can lead to bacterial contamination and deterioration of the shellfish.

 

Pregnant women, infants and young children, the elderly and people with weakened immunity should avoid consuming raw or undercooked oysters.

The roving exhibitions will be held in April 2024 at Causeway Bay Market, Smithfield Market, Smithfield Market, Tsuen Wan Government Offices, Sai Wan Ho Market. Panels cover topics on Prevention of Cross-contamination, Take Notice of Eating Scallops, Trans Fats, Food Safety Advice for Pregnant Women; Enhance Food Traceability, Strengthen Food Safety, Control of Food Temperature; Genetically Modified Food
