(2)   食安中心公佈三文治的微生物質素

中心最近完成的一項三文治微生物質素風險評估研究,全部樣本的致病菌(即沙門氏菌屬、李斯特菌和金黃葡萄球菌)均符合中心的微生物含量的食物安全準則,整體結果令人滿意。

(2) CFS announces risk assessment study results on microbiological quality of sandwiches

 The CFS announced the results of a recently completed risk assessment study on the microbiological quality of sandwiches. All samples were compliant with the CFS's microbiological food safety criteria for pathogenic bacteria (i.e. Salmonella spp. and Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus). The overall result was satisfactory.
