採取防疫措施以預防2019冠狀病毒病

Adopting anti-epidemic precautionary measures on the Prevention of COVID-19

 

鑑於近日有食物業從業員確診2019冠狀病毒病,食肆經營者應採用減少社交接觸措施,並要注重個人、食物及環境衞生,以減低疾病傳播的風險。這些措施包括遵從《預防及控制疾病(規定及指示)(業務及處所)規例》(第599F章)的指示;如患有或懷疑受到傳染病感染或出現病徵,應停止處理食物;如出現呼吸道感染病徵,應戴上外科口罩及盡早求醫;保持良好的個人衞生習慣;洗手時應以梘液和清水清潔雙手,搓手最少20秒;盛載食物的餐盤每次在客人使用後均須徹底清潔和消毒。如使用餐盤墊紙,亦應在每次使用後更換。

In the light of the recent food handlers related Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) cases, food premises operators should adopt measures to observe social distancing and pay attention on personal, food and environmental hygiene, so as to reduce the risk of spreading diseases. These measures include complying with the directions under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F); suspending from engaging in any food handling work when suffering or suspected to be suffering from an infectious disease or symptoms of illness; wearing a surgical mask when having respiratory symptoms and seeking medical advice promptly; maintaining good personal hygiene; washing hands with liquid soap and water, and rubbing for at least 20 seconds; cleaning and disinfecting trays every time after used by customers. If tray lining is used, it shall also be replaced every time after use.

傳達資源小组辦事處暫停開放

Temporary closure of Communication Resource Unit

為配合政府進一步收緊社交距離措施以應對本港的2019冠狀病毒病疫情,食物安全中心位於食環署南昌辦事處的傳達資源小组辦事處已由十二月二日(星期三)起暫停開放,並取消在有關場地舉行的公眾活動,直至另行通告。

To tie in with social distancing measures tightened by the Government in response to the epidemic situation of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, the CFS' Communication Resource Unit located at FEHD Nam Cheong Offices is temporarily closed from 2 December (Wednesday) with all programmes held at the Unit cancelled until further notice.

臘味時令食品調查結果

CFS announces results of seasonal food surveillance project on lap-mei

 

中心公布最近完成一項有關臘味的時令食品調查結果。約一百四十個臘味樣本中,除較早前已公布的一個鴨腎樣本被驗出鈉含量與營養標籤上的標示值不符外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測。

The CFS announced that the results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on lap-mei. The test results of around 140 samples collected were satisfactory, except for a duck gizzard sample found with sodium content inconsistent with the declared content on its nutrition label, which was announced earlier.

2020年10月份預先包裝食物之營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果

Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens for October 2020

 

為確保預先包裝食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,中心自2012年 起,一直有抽取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測,其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。 2020年10月份有關營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果的報告,已上載到中心網頁。

The CFS has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations since 2012. The report on Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens under the Regulations for October 2020 has been uploaded onto the CFS website.
