有關預防2019 冠狀病毒病相關的食物安全建議及常見問題 (更新)
Food Safety Advice for Prevention of COVID-19 and FAQs (Updated)

因應最新情況及就世界衞生組織就應對2019冠狀病毒病所發出的健康與食物安全建議,中心更新了相關的食物安全建議及常見問題並特別提醒市民要留意以下各項:

  • 保持雙手清潔;
  • 分開處理生熟食物,以免食物交叉污染;
  • 徹底煮熟食物;
  • 市民外遊時,應避免接觸動物包括野味、禽鳥或其糞便;避免到濕貨街市、活家禽市場或農場,亦不要進食野味及切勿光顧有提供野味的食肆。返港時,千萬不要非法攜帶野味、肉類、家禽、蛋類入境。
According to the current situation and based on the World Health Organization’s health and food safety recommendations on COVID -19, the CFS has updated the related Food Safety Advice and FAQs to remind the public to pay attention to the followings:
  • Keep hands clean;
  • Handle raw and cooked food separately to avoid cross contamination of food;
  • Cook food thoroughly;
  • When traveling abroad, avoid contact with animals (including games) poultry and their faeces; avoid going to wet markets, live poultry markets or farms, and do not eat games or visit restaurants that serve games. Do not bring game, meat, poultry, or eggs into Hong Kong illegally.

中心傳達資源小組已於5月6日(星期三)重新開放
The CFS's Communication Resource Unit was reopened on May 6 (Wednesday)

為配合政府逐步恢復公共服務的安排,中心位於食環署南昌辦事處的傳達資源小組(小組)已於5月6日(星期三)重新開放。為減低病毒傳播的風險,小組會採取特別措施,包括加強場地的清潔消毒、為所有訪客量度體溫及要求訪客進入場地前佩戴自備的口罩。
To align with Government arrangement on resumption of public services under a phased approach, the CFS's Communication Resource Unit (The Unit) located at FEHD Nam Cheong Offices was reopened on May 6 (Wednesday). The Unit adopts special measures to minimise the risk of the spread of the virus, including conducting enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures, conducting temperature checks for all visitors as well as requiring visitors to wear their own masks before admission.

中心傳達資源小組於2020年4月至6月正展出以「食物含丙烯酰胺」及「製定食物安全計劃」為主題的展覽,讓市民增加對食物安全的認識。
Exhibitions on the theme of "Acrylamides in food" and "How to implement a Food Safety Plan" are staged at the Communication Resource Unit, CFS from Apr - Jun 2020, enriching the public's knowledge on food safety.
