Nevertheless, the COVID-19 pandemic remains severe and volatile around the globe. Food premises operators should remain vigilant, maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and follow the related food safety and hygiene advices in order to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 in food premises.
