食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety
1月的巡迴展覽內容包括孕婦食物安全建議、食物含丙烯酰胺、追蹤供應來源、保障食物安全、食物安全5要點、控制食物温度、天然毒素、營養標籤、殘餘獸藥及基因改造食物。展覽將設於大埔政府合署、新灣仔街市、燈籠洲街市及大角咀海富商場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in January at Tai Po Government Offices, New Wan Chai Market, Tang Lung Chau Market and Hoi Fu Shopping Centre. Panels cover topics on food safety advice for pregnant women, acrylamide, enhance food traceability, strengthen food safety, 5 keys for food safety, control of food temperature, natural toxins, nutrition labelling, veterinary drug residues and genetically modified food.

食物安全知多啲 2019
Know more about Food Safety 2019
食物安全中心轄下的傳達資源小組在二零一九年於九龍旺角花園街123號A花園街市政大廈8樓舉辦"食物安全知多啲 2019"活動。活動期間,小組於每月第一及第三個星期二下午三時三十分至四時三十分(公眾假期除外),在傳達資源小組展覽室播放簡短而有趣的食物安全教育錄影片。此外,場地還會設置展板,介紹食物中毒、食物標籤及防腐劑等衞生常識,並有各種宣傳單張供公眾取閱。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the Centre for Food Safety launched a campaign on "Know more about Food Safety 2019" in CRU at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, 123A Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok, Kowloon. Short and interesting food safety and education videos will be shown at the exhibition hall of CRU from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the first and the third week of each month (except Public Holidays). Exhibition boards covering the topics of Food Poisoning, Food Labelling and Preservatives will be displayed. Various types of pamphlets are also available for collection by the public.
