食物安全中心展開第二次全港性食物消費量調查
CFS to launch second population-based food consumption survey

食物安全中心(中心)於4月13日展開第二次全港性食物消費量調查,以收集本港人口食物消費量(食物類別和分量)的最新數據。中心已委託政策二十一有限公司(政策二十一)進行是次調查,並會在一年內分批向獲選住戶發出邀請信,闡釋調查的目的和有關訪問安排。公眾參與對確保調查結果的可靠性及香港食物安全至為重要。中心呼籲獲選住戶積極配合,在接獲邀請信後致電政策二十一辦事處,以便預約訪問時間。
The CFS launched the Second Hong Kong Population-based Food Consumption Survey on April 13 to collect up-to-date food consumption information (covering types and amounts of food consumed) of Hong Kong people. The CFS has commissioned Policy 21 Limited to conduct the survey. Invitation letters will be sent in batches within one year to the selected households to explain the aim of the survey and related interview arrangements. Public participation is essential in ensuring the reliability of the survey results and food safety in Hong Kong. The CFS appealed to selected households to actively respond by calling the Policy 21 office to schedule times for the interviews upon receipt of the invitation letter.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

5月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、雪卡毒素、追蹤供應來源,保障食物安全、控制食物温度、基因改造食物、食物含丙烯酰胺、食物安全5要點、反式脂肪及避免食用河豚。展覽將設於石塘咀街市、渣華道街市、何文田廣場、香車街街市及花園街街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in May at Shek Tong Tsui Market, Java Road Market, Homantin Plaza, Heung Che Street Market and Fa Yuen Street Market.  Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, prevention of cross-contamination, ciguatoxins, enhance food traceability, strengthen food safety, control of food temperature, genetically modified food, acrylamide, 5 keys for food safety, trans fats and avoid consuming puffer fish.
