傳達資源小組的主題展覽
Theme Exhibitions in Communication Resource Unit
中心轄下的傳達資源小組於7月至9月舉辦「食物風險管理」及「食物中的除害劑及獸藥殘餘」展覽。展覽活動包括播放教育短片及設置展板讓市民增加對食物安全的認識,更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱。小組位於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓,歡迎到場參觀。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS will organise exhibitions on the theme of "Food Safety Plan" and "Pesticide and Veterinary Drug Residues in Food" from July to September. The exhibitions include short food safety and education videos and exhibition boards to enrich the public's knowledge on food safety. You are welcome to join us at the CRU at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon.

即食食品含副溶血性弧菌專項調查
Results of targeted surveillance on Vibrio parahaemolyticus in ready-to-eat food
中心最近完成一項評估即食食品含副溶血性弧菌情況的專項食品調查。結果顯示,全部樣本通過檢測。
CFS announced the results of a recently completed targeted food surveillance project on Vibrio parahaemolyticus in ready-to-eat food, which showed that all samples passed the test.

2016年度「全城減鹽減糖 – 健康煮意從小起」食物安全講座系列
2016 Food Safety Talk Series on "Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction – Healthy Cooking Starts Small"
為配合本年度食物安全日「全城減鹽減糖 – 健康煮意從小起」的主題,食物安全中心於七月至十二月期間舉辦一系列講座,向公眾及業界推廣減少食物中鹽和糖的好處,並提供一些簡單實用的方法,讓市民能在日常生活中貫徹少鹽少糖的飲食習慣。同時,講座亦包括有「食物安全重點控制」系統及「食物安全五要點」等內容。從而提高大家對食物安全及健康飲食的認識,務求食得開心、健康又安心。
The theme of this year's Food Safety Day is "Hong Kong's Action on Salt and Sugar Reduction: Healthy cooking starts small". Echoing the theme, CFS is going to hold a series of talks on related topics during the period from July to December 2016. The talks will promote the benefits of reducing dietary intake of salt and sugar to the public and the food trade, and provide some simple and practical tips to help the public adopt a healthy eating habit with less salt and sugar in daily life. The talks will also cover other topics such as HACCP and Five Keys to Food Safety. It is hoped that by raising awareness on the importance of food safety and healthy diet, everyone can enjoy food in a safe and healthy way.
