業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP

中心現正舉辦2016年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,向食物業從業員宣傳正確處理食物的方法 。 透過政府及業界的通力合作和積極參與,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,使食物安全水平得以提升 。
The CFS is organizing the Food Safety Centre Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP 2016 to publicize proper food handling to employees of food business. These seminars, coupled with the active participation and collaboration between the government and stakeholders, also promotes the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

2016年1月份食物安全報告
Food Safety Report for January 2016

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

2016年1月份預先包裝食物之營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果
Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens for January 2016

為確保預先包裝食品符合《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,中心自2012年起,一直有抽取預先包裝食物的樣本作檢測,其中包括檢測營養素含量及致敏物。2016年1月份有關營養素含量及致敏物檢測結果的報告,已上載到中心網頁。
The CFS has been testing, among other things, nutrients and allergens in prepackaged food samples for compliance under the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations since 2012. Monthly Report on Results of Compliance Test for Nutrition Labelling and Declaration of Allergens under the Regulations for January 2016 has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

3月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全條例、控制食物温度、天然毒素、營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、雪卡毒素、食物安全5要點及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於駱克道街市、紅磡半島豪庭 (住宅)、慈雲山中心及屯門新墟街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in March at Lockhart Road Market in Wan Chai, Royal Peninsula in Hung Hum (Residential), Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre and San Hui Market in Tuen Mun. Panels cover topics on Food Safety Ordinance, control of food temperature, natural toxins, nutrition labelling, prevention of cross contamination, ciguatoxins, 5 keys for food safety and food safety advice for pregnant women.
