傳達資源小組主題展覽 (2014年8月至10月)
The Theme Exhibitions in Communication Resource Unit (August to October 2014)

中心轄下的傳達資源小組於8月至10月期間展出以「營養標籤多面睇」 及「基因改造食品 安全知多點」為主題的展覽。小組位於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓,展覽活動包括播放教育短片,設置展板讓市民增加對營養標籤及基因改造食品的認識,更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱,歡迎到場觀賞。
Exhibitions on the theme of "Have a Closer Look at Nutrition Labelling" and "Genetically Modified Food and its safety" are staged by the Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS, from August through October, at 8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon. The exhibition includes short food safety and education videos and exhibition boards to enrich the public's knowledge on nutrition labelling and genetically modified food.  Pamphlets on various food safety topics are also available to the general public. You are welcome to join us at the CRU.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

8月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括食物含丙烯酰胺、有機食物、除害劑殘餘、食物安全五要點、反式脂肪、基因改造食物、營養標籤及天然毒素。展覽將設於葵涌安蔭商場、黃大仙慈雲山中心及大埔政府合署。
The coming exhibitions will be held in late August. The venues include On Yam Shopping Centre in Kwai Chung, Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre in Wong Tai Sin and Tai Po Government Offices. Panels cover topics on acrylamides, organic food, pesticide residues, 5 keys to food safety, trans fats, genetically modified food, nutritional labelling and natural toxins.
