食物安全知多啲2014
Know more about Food Safety 2014

中心轄下的傳達資源小組現正舉辦"食物安全知多啲2014"活動。小組每月於九龍旺角花園街市政大廈8樓安排多元化的推廣活動，包括播放有趣的食物安全教育短片，設置展板讓參觀者了解食物中毒、食物標籤及防腐劑等衞生常識，更備有各種食物安全宣傳單張供公眾取閱，歡迎到場觀賞。

The "Know more about Food Safety 2014" campaign activities, organized by the Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the CFS, are held on a monthly basis at  8/F, Fa Yuen Street Municipal Services Building, Mongkok, Kowloon. A variety of activities are offered, including short and interesting food safety and education videos, and exhibition boards covering the topics of food poisoning, food labelling and preservatives. Pamphlets on various food safety topics are also available to the general public. You are welcome to join us at the CRU.

已獲小量豁免產品名單
List of Small Volume Exemption Products

根據小量豁免制度，在香港每年銷售量不超過30 000件的相同版本預先包裝食物，可獲授予營養標籤豁免。有關豁免產品名單現已上載中心網頁。

Under the Small Volume Exemption (SVE) Scheme, prepackaged foods of the same version with annual sales volume in Hong Kong not exceeding 30,000 units may be granted with exemption from providing nutrition labelling. List of SVE products has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP

中心將於3月至12月期間舉辦2014年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊，目的是透過連串活動，向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」，以提升食物安全水平。
The 2014 Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP organised by the CFS will take place from March through December. The campaign promotes the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」，令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。以下是中心根據2014年1月期間完成的食品監察結果分析所作的報告。
The CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month so as to allow the public to obtain the latest food safety information timely. This presentation gives an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses in January 2014.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety

3月的巡迴展覽內容會包括營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、天然毒素、食物安全5要點及孕婦食物安全建議。展覽將設於西貢將軍澳中心(住宅)及東區鰂魚涌街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in March 2014 and the venues include Park Central, Tseung Kwan O in Sai Kung (Residential) and Quarry Bay Market in Eastern District. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, prevention of cross contamination, natural toxins, 5 keys to food safety and food safety advice for pregnant women.
