(1) 食安中心公布第二次總膳食研究有關硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽的結果

中心於六月十日公布香港第二次總膳食研究的第二份報告。該報告就食物中的硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽含量,以及相關的膳食攝入量進行研究。結果顯示,本港整體成年人口和較年輕群組從膳食攝入硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽的分量,分別處於每日可攝入量參考範圍內和低於每日可攝入量,對一般市民的健康構成即時風險或影響的機會不大。

(2) 食物安全日2025

中心於六月七日啓動食物安全日2025的全年活動,強調防止交叉污染對保障食物安全的重要性,並提醒食物業和公眾採取適當衞生和食物處理措施,例如將生熟食物分開處理,以降低食源性疾病的風險。

(3) 哈瑞寶糖果檢測結果

就海外有報道,哈瑞寶糖果可能受污染驗出有大麻成分,政府發言人在六月六日表示, 政府化驗所完成對58個已下架的哈瑞寶糖果產品樣本的檢測,結果顯示所有樣本均未檢出四氫大麻酚(大麻)。相關經銷商已獲悉檢測結果。

(1) CFS announces Second Hong Kong Total Diet Study findings on nitrate and nitrite

CFS on 10th June 2025 released the second report under the Second Hong Kong Total Diet Study. This report examined the levels of nitrate and nitrite in food, and the associated dietary exposure. The findings showed that the dietary exposure to nitrate and nitrite among the overall adult and younger populations in Hong Kong fell within the alternative range of Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) values and below the ADI respectively, indicating the general population is unlikely to experience any immediate health risks or effects.

(2) Food Safety Day 2025

CFS launched its annual Food Safety Day 2025 campaign today on 7th June 2025, emphasising the importance of preventing cross-contamination in safeguarding food safety. It serves to remind food businesses and the public that adopting proper hygiene and food handling practices, such as handling raw and cooked food separately, can reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses.

(3) Testing results on Haribo Candies

In response to overseas reports suggesting that Haribo candies may be contaminated and tested positive for cannabis, a government spokesperson stated on 6th June 2025 that the Government Laboratory has completed the test on 58 samples of Haribo candy products that had already been removed from shelves. The results showed that none of the samples contained tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a cannabis component. The relevant traders have been informed of the test results.

(1) 2025年食物安全巡迴展覽

(5) 大灣區食品標準

粵港澳大灣區標準(「灣區標準」)的建設可以促進三地互聯互通和融合發展,深化香港與內地和澳門之間的經貿交流和合作。

「灣區標準」是廣東當局聯繫粵港澳三地多個相關業界團體和企業、相關政府部門和機構、大學及專家共同研制,並在公開諮詢後制訂的。目前, 已制定及公布的「灣區標準」共有244項,涵蓋食品質量和安全、粵菜、預製菜、交通、機電產品,以至醫療、護理、教育及電競等領域。

(1) Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety in 2025

The CFS holds a series of exhibitions across the territory every year. Panels covering different topics such as food safety and nutrition are shown to enhance public knowledge on how to make safe and suitable food choices.

Five roving exhibitions will be held in Tai Shing Street Market, Tai Wai Market, Hoi Fu Shopping Centre, Tsing Yi Market and Aldrich Bay Market in June 2025

(2) CFS announces results of seasonal food surveillance on rice dumplings (first and second phase)

The CFS of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department on 16 & 23 Jun announced the test results of rice dumpling samples collected under a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on rice dumplings (first and second phase).

(5) Greater Bay Area Food Standards

The development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) standards can promote the interconnectivity and integrated development of the three places, deepening Hong Kong's economic and trade exchanges and co-operation with the Mainland and Macao.

These GBA standards are drawn up after the Guangdong authorities' liaison with various relevant groups and enterprises from the trade, related government departments and organisations, universities and experts in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and are formulated after public consultations. Currently, a total of 244 GBA Standards have been formulated and promulgated, covering the fields of food quality and safety, Cantonese cuisine, prepared dishes, transportation, mechanical and electrical products, as well as medical care, nursing care, education and e-sports, etc.
