(1) 2025年食物安全巡迴展覽

食物安全中心每年都會在各區舉辦多場主題展覽,內容包括展示以食物安全及營養等有關的不同主題的展板,藉此提高市民對選擇安全及適合的食物的知識。

(3) 食物安全節目頻道「食電視」

(4) 粽子食物安全

中國人在農曆五月初五端午節期間大多會按傳統吃粽子。從前,家家戶戶為應節都會自己動手裹粽子吃,但現在都市人生活忙碌,多改往酒樓、食店或超級市場買粽子。

(1) Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety in 2025

The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) holds a series of exhibitions across the territory every year. Panels covering different topics such as food safety and nutrition are shown to enhance public knowledge on how to make safe and suitable food choices.

Four roving exhibitions will be held in Lam Tei Market, Pei Ho Street Market, Harbour Building and Tai Kok Tsui Market in May 2025. Please click into the webpage for details:

(2) Food safety report for March 2025

To deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS announces the monthly "Food Safety Report", sharing the food surveillance results.

(3) “EAT TV” Food Safety Channel
The latest episode of “EAT TV” on choking and improper eating habit has premiered on the CFS' YouTube channel, and is co-streamed on the CFS' Facebook and Instagram pages.

(4) Rice Dumplings and Food Safety

It is a Chinese tradition to eat glutinous rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival on the 5th day of the fifth month of the Lunar Calendar. In the old days, people used to make glutinous rice dumplings themselves to celebrate the Festival. However, the busy city life drives many people to purchase ready-made ones from restaurants, food shops or supermarkets.
