 (1)  農曆新年食物安全提示

 

農曆新年是家庭團聚的重要場合,飲食是慶祝農曆新年的重要組成部分。但是,確保食物安全也很重要。除了遵循食物安全五要點外,食安中心推薦以下食物安全小貼士,確保節日宴會既美味又安全。

(2)  家用火鍋安全篇

(3)  2021年食物內有害物質(修訂)規例》2023年分階段生效

 

《2021年食物內有害物質(修訂)規例》(《修訂規例》)訂明在食物中霉菌毒素及其他有害物質的最高含量的相關條文將於2023年6月1日生效,將部分氫化油列為違禁物質的相關條文及相關標籤規定則於2023年12月1日生效。業界應確保所出售的食物符合法例規定。食物工業可減少反式脂肪並取代工業生產反式脂肪,從而生產較健康的食物。消費者應保持均衡飲食,進食各種蔬果。

中心每月公布「食物安全報告」,分享食物監測結果,令市民可適時獲得最新的食物安全資訊。

(5)  食物安全中心公布賀年食品調查(第二期)結果

 

中心近日公布,最近完成一項有關賀年食品的時令食品調查(第二期),約一百一十個樣本中,除較早前已公布的兩個樣本外,其餘樣本全部通過檢測。

(1)  Food Safety Tips for Chinese New Year

 

Chinese New Year is an important family reunion occasion in Hong Kong, food and drinks play a crucial part of the Chinese New Year's celebration. However, it is also important to think about food safety. In addition to following the Five Keys to Food Safety, the CFS recommends the following food safety tips to ensure that holiday feasts are not only full of flavour but also safe.

(2)  Hotpot Safely at Home

(3)  Harmful Substances in Food (Amendment) Regulation 2021 to Commence in Phases in 2023

 

The provisions of Harmful Substances in Food (Amendment) Regulation 2021 on the maximum levels of mycotoxins and other harmful substances in food will come into force on 1 June 2023, and provisions on prohibiting PHO and the associated labelling requirements will take effect on 1 December 2023. The trade should ensure the food sold complying with the legislation. Food industries can produce healthier food by reducing trans fats and replacing IP-TFAs. Consumers should maintain a balanced diet comprising a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

(5)  CFS Announces Test Results of Lunar New Year Food (second phase)

 

​The CFS announced the test results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on Lunar New Year (LNY) food (second phase). The test results of around 110 samples collected were satisfactory except for two samples that were announced earlier.
