(1) 給食物送遞商就預防2019冠狀病毒病的注意事項

在COVID-19的疫情下,留在家中的市民可能選擇網上或電話訂購食品和採用外送服務。有見及此,中心特別提醒食物送遞商應保持高水準的清潔及衞生標準,減少傳播COVID-19的機會。

(4) 網上送餐平台專項食品調查結果

中心最近完成有關網上送餐平台的專項食品調查,80個食物樣本全部通過檢測。

(6) 二零二二年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊 (更新)

中心於本年四月至十一月期間舉辦二零二二年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊。這個活動主要是向食物業從業員宣傳正確處理食物的方法。透過政府及業界的通力合作和� �極參與,向他們推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,使食物安全水平得以提升。

(1) Precautions for Food Delivery Agents on the Prevention of COVID-19

In the time of COVID-19 outbreak, Hong Kong people staying at home may opt for online or mobile food-ordering and choose delivery services.  In this regard, the CFS urges food delivery agents to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness during operation, to minimise the chance of transmitting COVID-19.

(4) Test results of targeted surveillance of food delivered by online food delivery platforms

The CFS recently completed targeted surveillance on food delivered by online food delivery platforms. A total of 80 food samples were collected and all passed the tests.

(6) 2022 Trade Talk and workshop on HACCP (Updates)

The CFS is organising the Centre for Food Safety Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP 2022 which starts to take place from April through November 2022.  The objective of the program is to publicize proper food handling to employees of food business.  Coupled with the active participation and collabora tion between the government and stakeholder, the Campaign also promotes the adoption of the “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)” System and the development of “Food Safety Plan” in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.
