202012月份食物安全報告及二○二○年食物監測計劃全年總結

Food Safety Report for November 2020 and summary of food surveillance programme for 2020

 

中心每月公布「食物安全報告」,分享食物監測結果,令市民可適時獲得最新的食物安全資訊。總結二○二○年食物監測計劃時,中心除日常食品監測外,亦進行多項專項食品、時令食品及普及食品調查。

 

To deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS announces the monthly “Food Safety Report”, sharing the food surveillance results. Concluding the food surveillance programme for 2020, apart from routine food surveillance, the CFS conducted a number of targeted as well as seasonal and popular food surveillance projects.

食物安全中心公布賀年食品調查(第期)結果

CFS announces results of Lunar New Year food (second phase)

 

中心最近完成一項有關賀年食品的時令食品調查(第二期),40個樣本全部通過檢測。

The CFS of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department announced the test results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on Lunar New Year (LNY) food (second phase). The test results on 40 samples collected were all satisfactory.
