食物中鋁的含量風險評估跟進研究報告
A follow-up risk assessment results on aluminium in food

中心最近完成一項有關食物中鋁的含量風險評估跟進研究,結果顯示,本港一些食品廣泛使用含鋁食物添加劑,其中以蒸包或蒸糕、部分烘焙食品(如雞蛋仔和窩夫)及海蜇(可供即食)最為常見。研究亦發現,鋁攝入量一般和攝入量偏高的市民,健康受嚴重影響的機會不大;但若經常食用同一牌子鋁含量高的食品,健康受鋁影響的風險會相應增加。
CFS announced the results of a recently completed follow-up risk assessment study on aluminium in food. The results showed that aluminium-containing food additives were widely used in certain food products available in Hong Kong, in particular steamed bread/bun/cake, some bakery products such as egg waffle and waffle, and jellyfish (ready-to-eat form). The study also found that the average and high consumers among the general population were unlikely to experience major undesirable health effects. Nevertheless, for consumers with brand loyalty to products with high aluminium contents, risk to health from aluminium would be increased.

已獲小量豁免產品名單
List of Small Volume Exemption Products

根據小量豁免制度,在香港每年銷售量不超過30,000件的相同版本預先包裝食物,可獲授予營養標籤豁免。有關豁免產品名單已上載至中心網頁。
Under the Small Volume Exemption (SVE) Scheme, prepackaged foods of the same version with annual sales volume in Hong Kong not exceeding 30,000 units may be granted with exemption from providing nutrition labelling. List of SVE products has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

12月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全5要點、預防食物交叉污染、避免食用河豚、營養標籤、食物含丙烯酰胺、反式脂肪、雪卡毒素及食物安全條例。展覽將設於北角政府合署、荃灣廣場(住宅)及何文田廣場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in December at North Point Government Offices, Tsuen Wan Plaza (Residential) and Homantin Plaza. Panels cover topics on 5 keys to food safety, prevention of cross-contamination, avoid consuming puffer fish, nutrition labelling, acrylamides, trans fats, ciguatoxins and Food Safety Ordinance.
