Food Safety Report for April 2016

中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」，分析當月的食品監察結果，令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

6月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全5要點、食物交叉污染、雪卡毒素、食物安全條例、殘餘除害劑、反式脂肪、營養標籤、避免進食河豚及殘餘獸藥。展覽將設於旺角大角咀街市、荃灣香車街街市、金鐘道政府合署、東區西灣河街市及旺角海富商場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in June at Tai Kok Tsui Market in Mong Kok, Heung Che Street Market in Tsuen Wan, Queensway Government Offices, Sai Wan Ho Market in Eastern District and Hoi Fu Shopping Centre in Mong Kok. Panels cover topics on 5 keys for food safety , prevention of cross-contamination, ciguatoxins, Food Safety Ordinance, pesticide residues, trans fat, nutrition labelling, avoid consuming puffer fish and veterinary drug residues.
