業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊

Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP

 

中心現正舉辦2016年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,向食物業從業員宣傳正確處理食物的方法 透過政府及業界的通力合作和積極參與,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,使食物安全水平得以提升

The CFS is organizing the Food Safety Centre Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP 2016 to publicize proper food handling to employees of food business. These seminars, coupled with the active participation and collaboration between the government and stakeholders, also promotes the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

食物安全巡迴展覽

Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

 

5月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、反式脂肪、進食帶子和扇貝須知、基因改造食物、食物安全5要點及雪卡毒素。展覽將設於旺角花園街街市、荃灣楊屋道街市及東區鰂魚涌街市。

The coming exhibitions will be held in May at Fa Yuen Street Market in Mong Kok, Yeung Uk Road Market in Tsuen Wan and Quarry Bay Market in Eastern District.  Panels cover topics on Nutrition Labelling, Trans Fats, Take Notice of Eating Scallops, Genetically Modified Food, 5 Keys to Food Safety and Ciguatoxins.
