Food Safety Report for September 2015
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

大閘蟹時令食品調查(第一期)
Seasonal food surveillance project on hairy crabs (first phase)
中心最近完成一項大閘蟹的時令食品調查(第一期),評估其食用安全,有關的檢測結果已上載於中心網頁。
The CFS has recently completed a seasonal food surveillance project (first phase) assessing the food safety of hairy crabs. The results have been uploaded onto the CFS website.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety
11月的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全5要點、有機食物、天然毒素、營養標籤、預防食物交叉污染、基因改造食物、殘餘獸藥、控制食物温度、旅遊人士食物安全建議和雪卡毒素。展覽將設於南區田灣商場、元朗柏麗豪園、南區深灣軒、旺角大角咀街市及荃灣安蔭商場。
The coming exhibitions will be held in November at Tin Wan Shopping Centre in Southern District, Parkside Villa in Yuen Long, Sham Wan Towers in Southern District, Tai Kok Tsui Market in Mong Kok and On Yam Shopping Centre in Tsuen Wan. Panels cover topics on 5 Keys for Food Safety, organic food, natural toxins, nutrition labelling, prevention of cross-contamination, genetically modified food, veterinary drug residues, control of food temperature, food safety advice for travellers and ciguatoxins.
