Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP
中心現正舉辦2015年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,目的是透過連串活動,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,以提升食物安全水平。
The CFS has been organising the 2015 Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP to promote the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

火鍋食物專題調查
A survey on hot pot cuisine
中心最近完成一項普及食品專題調查,評估火鍋食物的食用安全,有關的檢測結果已上載於中心網頁。
The CFS has recently completed a survey assessing the food safety of hot pot cuisine. The findings has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

2015年1月份食物安全報告
Food Safety Report for January 2015
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety
3月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、雪卡毒素、有機食物、控制食物温度、預防食物交叉污染、殘餘獸藥、反式脂肪、食物安全五要點及天然毒素。展覽將設於旺角海富商場、將軍澳中心(住宅)、筲箕灣愛東商場及東區鰂魚涌街市。
The coming exhibitions will be held in March. The venues include Hoi Fu Shopping Centre in Mongkok, Park Central in Tseung Kwan O (Residential), Oi Tung Shopping Centre in Shau Kei Wan and Quarry Bay Market in Eastern District. Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, ciguatoxins, organic food, control of food temperature, prevention of cross contamination, pesticide residues, trans fats, 5 keys to food safety and natural toxin.
