Food Safety Report for March 2014
中心會每月公布「食物安全報告」,分析當月的食品監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS releases the "Food Safety Report" every month, giving an account of the food surveillance sample result analyses.

業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊
Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP
中心現正舉辦2014年度食物業界講座及「食物安全重點控制」工作坊,目的是透過連串活動,向業界推廣採用「食物安全重點控制」系統及在食物製造過程中實施「食物安全計劃」,以提升食物安全水平。
The CFS has been organising the 2014 Trade Talk and Workshop on HACCP to promote the adoption of the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)" System and the development of "Food Safety Plan" in food processing, thereby enhancing food safety.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibitions on Food Safety
5月下旬的巡迴展覽內容包括食物安全五要點、雪卡毒素、基因改造食物及預防食物交叉污染。展覽將設於九龍城何文田廣場及旺角政府工業貿易署。
The coming exhibitions will be held in late May 2014. The venues include Ho Man Tin Plaza in Kowloon City and Trade and Industry Department Tower in Mong Kok. Panels cover topics on 5 keys to food safety, ciguatoxins, genetically modified food, and prevention of cross contamination.
