If you contact this department or the Health department http://www.info.gov.hk/dh/index-c.htm you can get free pamphlets for many different kinds of food safety topics. At the Health Department Homepage, check the surveillence bulletins, several of them contains information on food-borne diseases in Hong Kong.

• The official home for the Centre for Food Safety of Hong Kong. CFS is responsible for most of the measures to ensure food safety in Hong Kong.
